Sandra's work was shown at the AION Gallery in May 2003, together with that of Danaca Ackerson and Megan McKay, in an exhibit entitled "Pink".

The artist writes,

"i am here. on this earth. standing. observing. people shapes buildings colors skyscraprs land. interpreting. marks as wounds. words as scribbles. surfaces scuffed. a minute longer... observing. listening to the whispers that take me back, back to where i came from, back to where i am still ... back to here, back to now. they passed. two silhouettes one more minute."
